Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Inningsly mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Inningsly ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Inningsly. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
2. Your Account
You register using a phone number and a PIN you choose. You are responsible for:
- Keeping your PIN confidential.
- All activity that occurs under your account.
- Ensuring the phone number you register belongs to you.
Notify us immediately at mrksportsfeedback@gmail.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
Inningsly offers optional auto-renewable subscription plans (Pro and League) that unlock additional features. Subscriptions are offered on a monthly or annual billing cycle.
Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple Account or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Cancellation: You may cancel at any time by managing your subscriptions in your device's Account Settings (App Store or Google Play). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
Free tier: A free Starter tier is available with no payment required and no time limit.
Refunds: Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies. We do not process refunds directly.
Price changes: We will give reasonable notice of any price changes before they take effect. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
- Post or transmit content that is abusive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or discriminatory.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the app.
- Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or its underlying infrastructure.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
5. User-Generated Content
The Service allows you to create teams, record match data, and send messages in team chat. By submitting content you:
- Represent that you have the right to submit it.
- Grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store and display it solely to provide the Service.
- Remain solely responsible for the content you post.
We do not pre-screen all content but reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or our community standards. To report abusive content, long-press any message in team chat and select Report, or email us at mrksportsfeedback@gmail.com.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, logos, and software comprising the Service are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Match scoring data is recorded by users — we make no representations as to its accuracy.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD $10, whichever is greater.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from My Profile → Delete Account within the app, or by emailing us at mrksportsfeedback@gmail.com. Upon deletion your cloud profile and associated data are removed from our servers; locally stored data on your device is not affected.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you breach these Terms, with or without notice.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is located, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration or the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will indicate the revised date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
