Frequently Asked Questions

How do I restore my account on a new device?

Open the app → tap Restore from Cloud on the login screen → enter your registered phone number and PIN. Your teams, matches, and profile will be restored.

How do I add players to my team?

Go to your team page → tap Roster → tap the + button to add a new player. You can set their batting style, bowling style, and jersey number.

How does the delegate code work?

Team admins can generate a 6-character delegate code (valid for 10 minutes) from the team page. Share it with another user — they enter the code to get editor access to your team without needing the admin PIN.

Can I score a match without internet?

Yes. Inningsly works fully offline. Scores are saved locally on your device and synced to the cloud when you reconnect (Pro Team and Pro League plans).

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). To cancel, go to your device's subscription settings and cancel the Inningsly subscription from there.

How do I delete my account?

Email us at the address below with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and your registered phone number. We will delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.
